The Housing Market Outlook Report, our most anticipated report of the year, reviews and examines trends from the previous year while making informed predictions about the coming year. The 2015 report, released in early December, showed just how valued the report is appearing in major outlets such as the Globe & Mail, Toronto Star, and Canadian Press.
Since its release, the 2015 Housing Market Outlook Report had a total of 225 stories across various mediums including print, online, and broadcast and received a total of 70,536,748 impressions. This report was also very successful on social media receiving over 1 Million impressions by the end of the second day, and appeared in many conversations among RE/MAX Associates, media, and other real estate industry influencers. The report was also driven on social media through conversations on the predictions oil prices will have on the housing market in the coming year.
Compared to the 2014 Housing Market Outlook Report, this year we were able to more than double the number of impressions and had the highest number of both stories and impressions compared to any report released this year. The report gained national attention through various outlets including The Globe & Mail (both print and online), National Post, CTV National, CTV News.ca, BNN (online and print), Global News, Huffington Post Canada, CBC, Market Business News, The Exchange, plus many other Ontario-Atlantic Canada outlets.
