Walter Schneider

Walter Schneider

President and Co-Founder
In 1980, alongside his business partner Frank Polzler, Chairman and Co-Founder, Schneider acquired the Eastern Canadian rights to RE/MAX, establishing both the brand and their head office in Mississauga, where it currently resides. In the following years he and his partner continued to acquire the rights to multiple regions throughout the United States, Europe and the Middle East.

Walter was born and raised in Toronto, the product of Austrian immigrants who came to Canada. He and his wife Maria have been married for 33 years and they reside in Toronto. They have 3 children, Shelby, Conrad and Simon. Shelby is a fellow RE/MAX’er, serving as Vice President of Corporate Synergy for INTEGRA’s North American operations and Simon is a Business Growth Director for the Ontario-Atlantic Canada region. Walter is very active in numerous sports, but his favorite past time is playing hockey in a recreational hockey league. Although he has traveled the world, Schneider says his favorite place is the family cottage in Muskoka, Ontario.

Frank Polzler

Chairman and Co-Founder
Polzler was born and raised near Graz, Austria and immigrated to Canada in 1953. Today, Polzler spends most of his time living in both Europe and Florida. In the summer, he vacations at his summer home near Bracebridge, Ontario. He is also a proud father of his two children, Pamela Alexander (CEO of RE/MAX INTEGRA) and Michael Polzler (Managing Director of RE/MAX Europe), his five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Polzler’s entrepreneurial spirit and visionary capabilities are recognized globally. He is an industry trailblazer who continues to provide strong leadership and inspiration to thousands of Franchisees and Sales Associates.

Pamela Alexander

Senior Vice President, North America
As the Senior Vice President of RE/MAX INTEGRA’s North American regions, Pamela Alexander is responsible for the corporate management of its operations in nine U.S. states

Ms. Alexander’s vast experience, understanding of the industry and her vision for its future have carved her a niche among the country’s business elite. Her contribution to the real estate industry, dating back to 1980, has been recognized on numerous occasions. In 2003, she was named one of the 50 Most Influential Women in Canada by the National Post, one of Canada’s leading newspapers; she was featured on the cover of LORE Magazine in the US as one of the Five North American Real Estate Ladies; and most recently, Ms. Alexander was introduced as Real Estate Professional’s Industry Icon. Ms. Alexander ranked 5 on the Swanepoel Top 40 Women Executives in real estate list for North America. She also ranked 34 on the Swanepoel Power 200 list in 2019 alongside RE/MAX INTEGRA Co-Founder Walter Schneider.

Shelby Schneider-McDonald

Shelby Schneider McDonald

Vice President of Corporate Synergy, North America
Joining RE/MAX INTEGRA in 2010, Shelby has served in many roles within the company. Today, Shelby serves as Vice President of Corporate Synergy for INTEGRA’s North American operations, meeting regularly with ownership and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure company goals and objectives are met, while prioritizing company-wide needs. She also serves on the company’s Executive Council, is involved in building up the next generation of REALTORS, and most recently took ownership in the company.

In her early days, she was in instrumental in bringing the brand to the forefront in the social and digital space. In a mere two years, Shelby took the company from having nearly zero presence online to owning 60% of the conversation within their industry. This led to her role as Director of Public Relations and Communications for RE/MAX INTEGRA’s North American operations. In this role, Shelby made similar leapfrog strides, greatly surpassing their company’s closest competitor, particularly in the Canadian landscape, securing RE/MAX’s position as the trusted voice in real estate.

Christopher Alexander

Chief Strategy Officer

As Chief Strategy Officer at RE/MAX INTEGRA, Christopher Alexander is responsible for developing high-quality business strategies and overseeing all operations and business fiscal activities, to ensure the company’s financial and operational goals are achieved.

Christopher maintains a deep knowledge of real estate markets and industry trends, and continues to lead the progression of RE/MAX INTEGRA by leading and motivating senior management, and earning and maintaining franchisees’ trust. From a public perspective, Christopher continues to connect RE/MAX with key audiences and stakeholders, positioning the organization as the premier source for real estate news, trends and information within the media.

Coming from a long line of real estate professionals, Christopher is no stranger to the industry. He started his career as a Sales Representative at RE/MAX Professionals Inc. in 2010. Then in 2014 he joined the Regional Office as a Franchise Sales Consultant, and was in charge of managing franchise sales and strategic growth throughout the Ontario-Atlantic Region. Most recently, Christopher has taken on the role of RE/MAX INTEGRA’s Chief Strategy Officer and has assumed the primary responsibility of representing the Polzler and Alexander families at the leadership level. 

Outside of the office, Christopher enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Nicole and their sons, Harrison and Weston. Whether it’s touring the small towns of Europe by bike or hitting the slopes with friends, he seeks out adventure and fun in everything he does. CHristopher’s spirit, coupled with his past experience and industry knowledge, allows him to provide valuable insight and leadership in the many facets of his role as Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President. 



Arleta Mis

Executive Assistant to the EVP and Chief Strategy Officer
Arleta Mis is a seasoned and motivated Executive Assistant specializing in bringing value to clients and fostering positive relations among coworkers. She has extensive experience with all administrative tasks. Her avid research skills and dedication to success has led her to many opportunities to participate in a myriad of projects supporting EVP-level Executives in many different fields.

For the past two years she has provided administrative support to Christopher Alexander, EVP & Chief Strategy Officer at RE/MAX INTEGRA, and his Business Growth team. Arleta’s tireless work in completing projects on time, as well as, focusing on the company’s long-term growth has made her an asset to the team.

Michelle Goodridge

Senior Executive Administrator to the Chairman, President and Co-Founders, RE/MAX INTEGRA and RE/MAX Europe, R.E.A.L. Global Ambassador and Co-Founder
Michelle has been part of RE/MAX INTEGRA and RE/MAX Europe for over 23 years in her role working closely with the Chairman, President and Co-Founders. During this time she has seen lots of changes and growth. Michelle was born in London, U.K. and grew up in Canada in Southwestern Ontario. She is known for her upbeat, effervescent personality and contagious laugh. With a Degree in Sociology from Western University in London, Canada; working closely with people is her specialty and this is where she shines. She has spoken at several RE/MAX Europe Conventions, RE/MAX INTEGRA Events and has hosted various Women’s Leadership Panels. Michelle looks forward to inspiring RE/MAXers all over the world to reach their full potential. Most recently, together with Joanna Koltan, multi-office Broker in Portugal, has created an initiative called R.E.A.L. RE/MAX Empowering Ambitious Ladies a global community of women supporting and inspiring women to the best versions of themselves.


John Dowbiggin

Regional Director, RE/MAX INTEGRA, Ontario-Atlantic Canada

As Regional Director of RE/MAX INTEGRA Ontario-Atlantic Canada, John Dowbiggin is responsible for areas of day-to-day operations including franchise management, membership services, and training & development of franchisees. He leads the progression of Broker/Owners in the Ontario-Atlantic region through system policies, best practices, brand awareness, and programs that establish competitive advantages in the marketplace.

In 2018, he joined RE/MAX INTEGRA as the Director of Business Growth where he acted as a business building coach for franchisees throughout the Ontario-Atlantic Region. He has helped with multiple mergers and acquisitions and established a growth-first culture focused on goal setting, accountability, and support.

In his personal time, John is an avid sports fan and enjoys spending time with friends and family. He can often be found on the golf course or enjoying time outdoors around Hamilton. He finds excitement in trying and mastering new things. John brings a fresh perspective to the industry along with a robust set of skills and experience in franchising, real estate, operations, and finance.


Nancy Sears

Executive Director of Business Growth

Nancy oversees the management of franchise relationships throughout the Ontario-Atlantic region including business planning, recruiting and retention assistance, renewals and possible expansion opportunities with current owners.

Simon Schneider

Executive Director of Business Growth
Simon is responsible for prospecting into target markets for franchise sales growth and gathering intelligence to profile potential franchise candidates. He also assists by attending sales process meetings in the Ontario-Atlantic region.

Jeremy Gulliver

Director of Business Growth
Jeremy joined RE/MAX Integra in 2021. He oversees the management of franchise relationships throughout Ontario-Atlantic Canada. He works with RE/MAX INTEGRA Broker/Owners on business planning, recruiting, retention, renewals and expansion opportunities. Prior to joining RE/MAX INTEGRA, Jeremy worked in the commercial real estate industry for a global brokerage and a Canadian REIT. He also held management roles for several large corporate occupiers. He has extensive experience in developing real estate strategy, managing real estate transactions and has also worked within large-scale franchise business models. In his spare time, Jeremy is an avid skier and golfer.

Jennifer Dominey

Senior Franchise Sales & Strategic Growth Consultant
Jennifer is responsible for prospecting into target markets for franchise sales growth and gathering intelligence to profile potential franchise candidates. She also assists by attending sales process meetings for the Ontario-Atlantic region.

Dan Breault

EVP Franchise Sales & Strategic Growth, North America
He approaches his work, currently as EVP of Franchise Sales and Strategic Growth for RE/MAX INTEGRA North America with lessons from his varied background. Dan has worked in wide-ranging industries — commodity chemicals, medical device, consulting, homebuilding, and franchising. Working over the years in 78 countries, Dan has enjoyed being a salesperson, manager, solo consultant, a company head as well as a functional leader with laser focus on a particular mission.

Samantha Burke

Director of Franchise Sales & Business Growth Operations, North America

Samantha oversees RE/MAX INTEGRA’s Onboarding team. She has created, and manages, the onboarding process for new RE/MAX offices as well as Merger and Acquisition projects for RE/MAX Franchises. Samantha is also responsible for managing Franchise Sales and Franchise Growth Operations working behind the scenes to ensure operational excellence and maximum performance is achieved.

Ammar Naji

Franchise Sales Associate

Ammar is a serial entrepreneur – having grown up working in his family restaurant in downtown Toronto, and subsequently starting and successfully selling his own restaurant. Ammar has a wide variety of business experience – working as a commodity trader and restaurant consultant, where he helped small business owners improve their business through hands-on coaching.
As a Franchise Sales Associate, Ammar will be responsible for cultivating relationships with prospective franchisees. In addition to seeking new RE/MAX Broker/Owners, Ammar will also specialize in Mergers and Acquisitions and Broker/Owner succession. Ammar is a social media whiz and a master networker – he hopes to use these unique skills to help Broker/Owners grow their business.


Ben Morton

Chief Operating Officer, North America
Ben is responsible for all Operations activities across RE/MAX INTEGRA’s North American regions and ensuring our processes enable Regional Staff to provide best-in-class service to our franchisees, their administrative staff and sales professionals.

Samantha Villiard

Director of Operations
Samantha oversees the regional operations and manages the regional franchise contracts & agent incorporation program. Sam and the Operations Department work to welcome and support new agents and our administration membership network, & get new offices up and running smoothly.

Sherrie Plumbe

Operations Coordinator
Sherrie is your go-to person for monthly office billing questions, iFranchise support and is responsible for awards and membership recognition.

Tatiana  Dohnalova

Operations Project Manager

Tatiana  Dohnalova, Operations Project Manager, handles the change management for our new franchise management and billing system to be launched in May 2021 as well as other operations projects. She is the point person and will ensure that the transition from iFranchise is as smooth as possible.

Natasha Khan

Operations Coordinator
Natasha welcomes and supports new Agents and Brokers new to the RE/MAX network, assisting with on-boarding and office openings. She is your go-to person for all onboarding questions.

Nargis Khamush

Regional Receptionist
Nargis is the voice of RE/MAX INTEGRA and welcomes your call from our front desk. She also is responsible for all membership status changes, member profiles and general inquiries.


Elizabeth Kuhn

VP of Marketing and Promotions, North America
As VP of RE/MAX INTEGRA Marketing and Promotions, Elizabeth oversees all operations in the Marketing and Promotions Departments for RE/MAX INTEGRA, North America. Elizabeth assists RE/MAX agents and owners to grow their business and market share by building a strong brand.

Anthony Volpini

Senior Director of Marketing, North America
As Director of Marketing, Anthony is responsible for all marketing and advertising initiatives across North America, in an effort to promote the RE/MAX INTEGRA brand.

Sheryl Sharma

Regional Marketing Manager
Sheryl manages the development and execution of regional marketing initiatives in the Ontario Atlantic region. She supports RE/MAX brokers and agents with timely and relevant marketing collateral.

Emily Endress
Enterprise Marketing Manager – North America
Emily manages the Resources section of RE/MAX Launchpad for all of RE/MAX INTEGRA. She also manages many growth initiatives in support of existing RE/MAX operations and assists with on-boarding new offices that join the RE/MAX network.

Amanda Zdelar

Media Lead – North America
Amanda works across brand functions to define the digital strategy, ensuring the strategies are fully integrated and optimized to achieve overarching business objectives. The resident expert in media strategy, SEO/SEM, website, video, display, social, creative, website content, data mining and optimization, Amanda is an integral contributor across the North American RE/MAX team.

Sivani Vinayaga

Brand Compliance Manager
Sivani is responsible for ensuring processes are created for enforcement of trademark and graphic standards. She is focused on managing the administration and execution of key compliance processes in our operating regions. She is also responsible for monitoring the progress made with all compliance initiatives and develop strategies and solutions for RE/MAX INTEGRA.

Katy Robinson

Senior Director of Events, Learning and Development – North America

Katy oversees the regional Events, Learning and Development teams. She helps strategize, guide and execute regional events throughout New England and the Midwest. Katy leads the development and progress of the Training Specialists. She is always looking for new technologies and ways to create memorable, high-impact experiences for our associates. She also manages all of our vendor partnerships and corporate sponsorships.

Kevin Vinzon

Brand Education Manager, RE/MAX INTEGRA Ontario-Atlantic

Kevin is an expert in all things RE/MAX and is responsible for educating our Broker/Owner’s and Agents on everything that is available to them and how to use the many resources and tools offered to grow their businesses. Kevin is an an avid gamer, who also can play guitar, drums and sings from time to time. He likes to dabble in film, mainly post-production editing but doesn’t mind holding a camera occasionally! Kevin looks forward to working closely with the network and is excited to help you elevate your business.

Manager of Engagement
Sylvia develops & executes all events for the Ontario-Atlantic Region. She also manages corporate partnerships.

Melissa Clemance

Senior Director of PR & Communications, North America
Melissa oversees all PR and Communications initiatives including the release of RE/MAX reports, communication to the network, and digital communication.

Lydia McNutt

PR and Communications Manager
As PR and Communications Manager, Lydia executes on RE/MAX’s public relations and content strategies, which includes developing PR reports, news and special features on, and managing RE/MAX Canada’s social channels.

Courtney Tredwell

Content Marketing Manager
Courtney is a communications professional with a background in marketing and event planning. She works with PR & Communications, Marketing and Events to organize, plan and implement all event related marketing and communication efforts for the entire RE/MAX INTEGRA organization.

Allison Ramey

Content Marketing Manager
Allison will be helping to develop and manage all content initiatives for the Franchise Sales and Business Growth team for the entire RE/MAX INTEGRA organization. Working closely with the Enterprise Marketing and Communications team, Allison will be helping drive forward all marketing initiatives associated with attraction and retention.

Katie Cussen

Content & Communications Coordinator
Katie is responsible for managing and creating content for all regional social media platforms, including blog posts, social media images and video. She is also responsible for the creation of all internal communications to the network.


Dolores Doherty

Chief Financial Officer
Dolores joined RE/MAX in 2000 as the Regional Accountant for RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic and advanced to Assistant Controller, Controller, Vice President o Finance, and in 2018 was appointed CFO. Dolores is the top Finance person overseeing all of the Finance function for the RE/MAX INTEGRA group of companies in Canada, the US and Europe. She coordinates budgets, taxes, and cash management across all of those companies with the support of a great finance team at RE/MAX INTEGRA, as well as an outside team of tax and audit professionals.

Jennifer Walsh

Corporate Controller
Under the leadership of the CFO, as Corporate Controller Jennifer provides valuable support and guidance to the entire RE/MAX INTEGRA finance team. Jennifer also manages the RE/MAX INTEGRA, US finance staff and oversees the financial reporting, cash management, annual budgets and year-end audits for the RE/MAX INTEGRA group of companies in the US.


Francois Joubert

Vice President Of Technology – North America
As Vice President of Technology, Francois is responsible for the overall planning, organization and execution of all IT functions across the North American organization. Francois helps lead our technology efforts to enhance the overall value of offerings, tools and services for our Broker/Owners and Agents. Francois has executive experience with IT strategy & delivery, digital transformation and digital channels in the financial services industries in both Canada and South Africa.

Jeff Hartman

Product Manager, Online Presence
Jeff’s role as Product Manager covers, managing the customer journey and user experience. Monitoring analytics to optimize the experience and conversion, Jeff also works closely with vendors that can add value to the online experience as well as develop new online opportunities.

Gary Verma

Manager of IT Infrastructure
Gary provides the company with the latest in technological advancements and incorporates them to allow staff to perform tasks with efficiency. Gary also supports iFranchise, and handles technical relations between developer content and our Agents.

Milan Jovanovic

IT Support Analyst
Milan is an IT Professional with a background in Support and Analytics. He maintains the local technology infrastructure at RE/MAX INTEGRA while providing staff with support for all hardware and software applications, and developments.

Travis Horn

Director of Technology Support & Management – North America
Travis is responsible for leading the Technology Support & Management Team to ensure the RE/MAX INTEGRA network is supported on all RE/MAX provided technology platforms in a timely and efficient manner.

Wendy Rader

Technology Support & Management Specialist – North America
Wendy provides support for all RE/MAX INTEGRA regions through email, instant chat, and outbound support calls.  Her goal is to provide quality support in the most efficient way to the RE/MAX network.

Joe Griffith
Technology Support & Management Specialist – North America

Joe provides support for all RE/MAX INTEGRA regions through email, instant chat, and outbound support calls. Joe also engages with new agents during the on-boarding process to make sure their RE/MAX provided platforms are created and working properly.  His goal is to ensure new agents have a seamless on-boarding experience while continuing to provide quality support to the rest of the RE/MAX network.

Chase Walton

Technology Support & Management Specialist – North America
Chase provides support for all RE/MAX INTEGRA regions through email, instant chat, and outbound support calls.  His goal is to provide quality support in the most efficient way to the RE/MAX network.


Paul Kotschorek

Senior Corporate Counsel

Paul is the Region’s in-house lawyer.  On a day to day basis he works most closely with the Franchise Sales, Business Growth and Operations teams in their efforts to provide top class service and work product.  He is also responsible for updating franchise agreements and disclosure documents, managing any litigation involving the Region and reviewing and advising on technology, promotional, event and employment agreements and relationships.
