With this latest campaign, our goal was to create a modernized platform and voice for our brand – one that creates an emotional connection with consumers through both cleverness and humour.  We wanted home buyers and sellers to understand the incredible value that a RE/MAX Agent brings to the table, and in demonstrating the many scenarios in which you may have an “unfair advantage”, we begin to bring to life the concept of how working with a RE/MAX agent will benefit you.

OOH: RE/MAX is synonymous with OOH advertising, and this year, we’re doing it bigger and better with larger scale billboards through Ontario and Atlantic regions; our new, eye-catching and contextually relevant creative is bound to make a splash in all markets. 

NEW! SPORTNET & TSN: New this year, RE/MAX has partnered with Sportsnet and TSN to bring you the RE/MAX brand during the highly anticipated Toronto Maple Leafs season home games! Look out for the RE/MAX balloon on your living-room big screens during Leafs’ games, starting March 1st!

Spotify: Having experienced success with Spotify in 2019, we are reinvesting in a highly entertaining and innovative way that positions the RE/MAX brand as fresh and distinctive, specifically among our First Time Home Buyer demographic. Both audio and display ad units will appear within the platform and are scripted to read like the opening of a mystery podcast. 

The Score: Our partnership with The Score via full takeovers of their mobile app (banners, push notifications) align the RE/MAX brand to highly relevant events in sports and entertainment, during a time when more people are on their phones than ever. Watch for unique integrations of YOUR UNFAIR ADVANTAGE  during March Madness, NBA Playoffs, NHL and the PGA! 

Google Paid Search: We will continue our Paid Search efforts, ensuring top-page placement and therefore top of mind awareness within the real estate industry.

Social Media: We’ll continue to have a dominant presence on tried-and-true social channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest, which will include creative in all formats; videos, GIFs, and carousel ad units. These channels are meant to reach a broad, large target audience, due to the platforms’ popularity among all demographics and provide a direct action via clicks to remax.ca or lead gen opportunities.
